Mount Eccles National Park/ Budj Bim
Mount Eccles National Park/ Budj Bim – (9 km West of Macarthur).
There are many features of Mount Eccles National Park (10,000ha). One of the features of Mount Eccles is a crater lake named Lake Surprise. There are also various walking trails and the opportunity to enter a lava tube/lava canal (bring a torch). If you keep your eyes open you may see koalas up in the Manna gums.
Picnicing and camping are options at Mount Eccles National Park.
