A few early showers didn’t deter the 5000 riders who rode into Macarthur on Sunday 29th November. The sun shone after lunch which allowed everyone to enjoy some of the fare that was on offer in the main street. Activities available to the riders included ‘horse and coach rides’, live music, tennis, swimming as well as bus rides out to Mount Eccles National Park and Wildflower Alpaca Farm. The streets were alive with people who sat down to relax and have something to eat from the various stalls. A fabulous effort was made by all those involved.
